First of all check this:
When you open the Planta app for the first time on your new device, it is easy to make the mistake of creating a new second account by following the steps in the sign up instead of using the smaller button to sign in. As you now have created a second account all your plants and your premium status will not show up on your new device. To fix this, first make sure to log out from your second account by following these steps
- Open the Planta app
- Go to the "My Plants" tab
- Tap the settings button in the top right corner (gear icon)
- Scroll to the bottom and log out
- OR if you want to fully remove this new account:
- Open Account settings
- Follow the steps to remove the account

If you have previously set up your Planta account with an anonymous account. You will stay logged into your anonymous account as long as you are on the same device, but you can never access this information on a new device. Before you switch to a new device, it is important that you connect your anonymous account to an email, Apple ID or Google account to be able to access it on your new device.
If the account was a standard free account and you don’t have access to the device on which the anonymous account was created, it’s unfortunately not possible to find the account again.
If the account was a premium account, there might be a way to access it on the new device. Follow these steps:
- Open the Planta app
- Create a new account and choose to create it with an email and password
- Go to the "My Plants" tab
- Tap the settings button in the top right corner
- Tap Account settings
- Tap "Restore purchases"
- Now contact our support team and we will help you connect the accounts manually
